- We kill all of the mold even if it’s rooted into the plywood.
- We kill any mold spores that are in the insulation so it does not need to be replaced.
- We will always pass any air test. The air will be cleaner than outside of the attic.
Do you offer cost estimates?
Yes our estimates are free. Not only will we provide a free estimate but we will also inform you of the cause of the mold as it is the end result.
How do you decide what needs to be done?
It is important to thoroughly inspect the premises to determine the cause of the mold and the steps required to remediate the area. Please note all demo and mold remediation are performed under S520 Standard.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes we offer a 2 yr guarantee on all attics and a 1 yr on all basements, spice odor and smoker’s homes.
